Ford F-Series Tops 2010 Sales

Sales of the Ford F-150, F-250 and Heavy Duty F-450 pickup trucks, have rebounded over the last year by at least 21 percent. During the height of the country's Automotive Recession, Ford still sold 413,625 F-Series pickups. But in 2008, 515,513 F-Series trucks were sold, and another 690,589 sold the year before that.

Ford Trumps Toyota in 2010 Customer Loyalty Rating

A new study by J.D. Power and Associates showed which brands earned the best customer loyalty in 2010. Tied at first place is Ford, retaining 62 percent of its customers. This is up six percentage points from 2009!

The loyalty study measures not only the rate automotive brands retain existing customers, but also the reasons customers remain loyal.  Data shows that the key vehicles helping Ford gain a loyal following are the Fusion mid-size sedan, F-Series pickup trucks, and Edge crossover.
