What roofs are now standard for the Bronco two-door and four-door First Edition, and Wildtrak series?
First Edition and Wildtrak will come standard with Carbonized Gray MIC hardtop.

**Why isn't the Sasquatch manual transmission available in the Build & Price?
As mentioned in Ford's announcement, Sasquatch expanding to manual transmission-equipped Bronco models will be in late 2021 calendar year and will be available on the 2022 Model Year. Build & Price will be updated at that time.

Why do certain models prohibit some accessories?
There is a Bronco for every customer.  Many Bronco accessory items can be added during or after vehicle delivery at the dealer.  Ford engineered Bronco for maximum off-road capability and GVWR restrictions may limit combinations of certain accessories.

When can customers get a Modular Painted Hard Top?
Black Modular Painted Hard Top will be a late-availability option in the 2021 model year.  The White Modular Painted Hard Top is currently planned to be introduced during the 2022 model year.  The Body-Color-Matched Modular Painted Hard Top is currently planned to be introduced during the 2022 model year.

Can customers order a Modular Painted Hard Top as an accessory or service part?
Modular Painted Hard Tops will be available as a service part at a later date.  Pricing is not yet finalized, but expected to be higher than the factory option due to freight and handling.

**Are there any options that will force me to wait for the 2022 model year?
Yes.  There are some features that will not be available until the 2022 model.  Those options include: Manual Transmission with the Sasquatch Package, Matching Body Color Painted Modular Hard Top, Contrasting White Painted Modular Hard Top, Roof Rack with 4-Door Sasquatch Package and Slide Out Tailgate- Factory installed (will be available as a dealer accessory in mid-2021).

Is the 2021 Bronco two- and four-door launch delayed into Summer?  What happened to "Spring 2021"?
Yes, given the COVID-19 pandemic, customer deliveries of the new Bronco will now begin summer of 2021.

**I thought the order bank was opening in December?  Now I understand it's mid-January, meaning customer orders will be even later.  Why the delay?  And will it delay vehicle deliveries?
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, Bronco ordering will now start on January 20th, with customer deliveries now starting next summer.

I understand from supplier communications with Ford that the Bronco two- and four-door models are delayed 6 more weeks.  Can you confirm if it's a development of supplier issue?
This is tied to a supplier issue.  COVID has has a significant effect on a number of Bronco suppliers, which we are not naming.

**What can customers who have placed a reservation expect next?  And what does the Bronco overall timeline look like?
1. Customer placed reservation (since July 13)
2. Customer uses Ford.com Build & Price tool to spec their dream Bronco (since October 23)3. Customer finalizes dealer selection by March 19, 20214. Customer places order and agree to selling price with dealer between January 20th through March 19, 2021.  Note:  Bronco will not have online order conversions and will require dealers to place order.5. Ford received all orders nationally and begins to forecast a production schedule against key product content and features.6. Customer receives estimated dealer delivery window in May 20217. First customer deliveries now begin in Summer 2021
Will orders be built in the order that reservations were received?
Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received, based on final ordering and production of similarly configured Broncos.  Due to the high number of Bronco two-door and four-door reservations, deliveries will extend into the 2022 calendar year.

Is anything being done to research and implement an increase in production?
Due to exceedingly high demand, Ford is consistently exploring and reviewing production options.

Has the delay to Summer 2021 enabled the late-availability Sasquatch package and manual transmission configuration to catch up?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire Bronco production launch schedule shifted, now pushing the manual transmission Bronco models with available Sasquatch package into 2022 model year.

**Is Navy Pier interior options still available for Bronco 2- and 4-door First Edition?Yes.  The all Black interior is an incremental option and will be available for vehicles delivered Late Summer 2021.  Navy Pier is still available.
**Are there any options that won't be available right away?
Yes.  There are a couple features that are anticipated to have a late availability and will have deliveries in Late Summer 2021. 

  • Black Painted Modular Hard Top 
  • Dual Tops (Soft Top + Hard Top Both Shipped from Factory) 
  • All Black interior seating option on First Edition.

**Other than the features that won't be available right away, are there any options on the 21MY that may possibly delay my order?
Yes.  Due to the overwhelming demand and a short first model year, Ford is anticipating that some options may lead to extended wait times.  Actual timing will depend on final order quantities and Ford will provide an estimated delivery window in May 2021.  Those features include: 
  • 2.7L EcoBoost Engine
  • Sasquatch Package
  • Wildtrak (because of the Sasquatch Package)
  • 2-Door
  • Lux Package
  • Leather Seat Options 
  • Hard Top.   

**I want to drive one.  When will the dealership have a demo available?
Dealerships will have dedicated demo units to view and drive starting in the summer of 2021.  Those vehicle will not be available for sale.

**Because of the wait times on orders, should I cancel my reservation and just wait for the dealership to have one on the lot?
Reservations and orders will be built before the factory will allow dealerships to order any additional vehicles for stock.  At the earliest it will most likely be late 2022 before dealerships start to see stock inventory.


Reservations FAQ
Will my configuration from Build & Price be sent to my dealer?
No.  Bronco reservation holders should use the Build & Price tool to support their upcoming order consultation.  Recommend printing and saving a copy to share with your dealer during the ordering process.

What is a reservation?
A reservation lets you configure and be among the first to order a new Bronco from Ford with a refundable Reservation Deposit. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.

What steps are required to complete my reservation?
Go online and select your preferred configuration, create a Ford Account, select your preferred dealer and enter your credit/debit card details and address. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. *

What is a Ford Account and why do I need one?
A Ford Account lets you sign in to the Ford website to save and manage your personal and reservation information. You need to create a Ford Account to reserve your Bronco. Reservations can also be tracked in your Ford Account at owner.ford.com/. *

How much will it cost to reserve a Bronco?
Reservations will cost $100 for each model.

Is the $100 refundable?  
Yes automatically with reservation cancellation.

Will reservations be fulfilled in the order placed?
Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received, however, actual delivery may vary based upon a number of factors including vehicle model and configuration selected, commodity constraints, residency, delivery, and final ordering and production of similarly configured Broncos.

**When will customers be able to convert their reservations to orders?UPDATED: Order conversion process will begin January 20th and run thru March 19, 2021.  Customers should expect their selected dealer to schedule an order consultation to complete their configuration, agree on selling price and place the order.
**I've heard that dealerships have more reservations than available orders.  Is that true?
Yes.  Every dealership will have more reservations and orders than they have 21MY allocation.  Because of the high demand many reservations and orders are going to push into the 22MY. 

Should customers expect to place an additional deposit when they convert their reservation to an order?
Depends on the dealership.  It is likely that some dealers will request an additional deposit at the time of the order.  Specific deposit amounts will vary by dealer.

Can I select any Ford Dealer?
Only Ford Dealers that are eligible and have activated online reservations can be selected. The eligible dealers will be provided based on your ZIP code, or you can enter the name of your favorite Ford Dealer and will be matched to them.

Will you share my reservation information with my dealer?
Your reservation information will be shared with the dealer you select at the time of reservation. Please see our privacy policy at ford.com/help/privacy for additional information. *

Can I make changes to my reservation?
You will be able to make changes and complete your Bronco configuration at the time you place your order.* 

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund. * You can do this in your account at ford.com. If for some reason you can't process the cancellation online, you can contact a Ford Customer Experience Representative at 800-392-3673 (Ford U.S.). After canceling, allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your original form of payment. Once you progress from a reservation to an order with a dealer, however, cancellation requests would be at that dealer's discretion.

What happens to the reservation deposit once I order?
See your dealer for full details.  The reservation deposit should be credited towards the order deposit or refunded depending on dealer process.

Am I buying this vehicle directly from Ford?
No. The purchase agreement will be between you and the dealer, not you and Ford.

Can I make additional reservations and can I transfer my reservation?
Up to two reservations per account.  Your reservation number is assigned to you, but can be transferred to a member of your household at time of order placement.

What happens if my order is not built in 21MY?
Due to the high number of Bronco two- and four-door reservations, deliveries may extend into the 2022 calendar year.  We anticipate some customers will receive a 22MY Bronco.  In this scenario, customers will work with their dealer to replace their 21MY order but will have access to any product improvements for 22MY.  Their reservation timestamp will remain with their order.

Can Customers update their dealer selection for their reservation?
Customers can reach out to Ford Customer Support for assistance should they need to change dealers prior to converting their reservation to an order.  In changing dealers, there will be no impact to a customer's reservation ID, vehicle details or the associated timestamp.
