Revised 3.25.2021
PRODUCTION TIMING, ALLOCATION & NEW INVESTMENT
If 2021 model year Broncos arrive this summer, when does 2022 model year production start?
Production for the 2022 model year Bronco two-door and four-door will begin in late fourth quarter, with vehicles arriving at dealers in the first quarter of 2022.

Will customers who have confidently placed their order, now by pushed into 2022 model year?
As 2021 model year is only seven months and with overwhelming demand for Broncos - many customers orders were always going to be built in the 2022 model year, which was announced last summer. Customer delivery is based on the configuration of the Bronco they have chosen, their selected dealer and their reservation timestamp. We will notify all customers an estimated delivery window in late-May.

You say that you are investing millions to help production, does this include improvements to the supply-base capacity?
Yes, the investment does include supply-base improvements to eliminate bottlenecks for the unprecedented Bronco two-door and four-door demand.

What does price protection for 22MY mean?
For any customers with a Bronco reservation or order as of March 19, 2021 we will maintain MSRP of a comparably equipped 2022MY Bronco if their order is not scheduled in 2021MY

MODULAR HARD TOP, DUAL-TOP ROOFS, AND HEADLINER
Why is Ford making the change to a complimentary Sound Deadening Headliner?Ford is making this change in response to customer feedback. In order to give the customer more value with their Bronco, the sound deadening headliner will be offered throughout the Bronco lineup and will provide an improved interior with reduced cabin noise.
Will customers still be able to easily remove the roof panels with the headliner? Does is add much weight?Yes, the roof panels will be easily removable by the same method as hardtops that are not equipped with the sound deadening headliner. The weight increase is minimal, at five pounds.
Can customers still rinse out my Bronco with the sound deadening material?Yes, the headliner does not impact that ability to spray out the floor of the wash-out interior. However, we do not recommend spraying the headliner and because of this we are making the sound deadening headliner a no charge option on 2021MY Bronco hardtops ordered with marine grade vinyl seats.
Will adding this feature have any impact on when customers receive their Bronco? Will it take any longer? No, adding the headliner will have no impact on when vehicles will be delivered.
Will those that ordered the sound deadening headliner option now receive a credit?Yes, orders which included the sound deadening headliner will be reduced by $495 MSRP.
If a customer did not add the Sound Deadening Headliner, will their hardtop order automatically update to include the Sound Deadening Headliner at no cost?Cloth & Leather Interior Orders: Yes, the order will automatically receive a headliner and receive no pricing changeMarine Grade Vinyl Interior Orders: No. We encourage you to talk with your dealership if you wish to have it added at no charge
If a customer previously added the Sound Deadening Headliner, will their order automatically reduce by $495?Yes. Orders already including the Sound Deadening Headliner will automatically be reduced by $495. No action is required on the customer or dealership side to reflect
Ford previously announced the Sound Deadening Headliner was not compatible with certain options due to the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). How does this announcement impact the GVWR?Upon finalization of vehicle testing, Ford determined that the Sound Deadening Headliner did not cause the vehicle to surpass max GVWR.
If a Bronco two-door or four-door First Edition customer does not want the molded-in-color (MIC) roof, what happens to their 2021 order? Given that the Bronco First Edition series is only a 2021 model year, these customers can choose another series by April 8, or keep the First Edition with MIC hardtop. If the customer elects to keep the MIC hardtop, then we are hoping to help make up for this with an additional 200,000 FordPass Rewards Points ($1000 value), when the customer takes delivery of their Bronco. Furthermore, we are providing complimentary sound deadening headliners on all Bronco two-door and four-door models now when ordered with a molded-in-color hard top roof. Since this is a standard option on First Edition series, we'll be reducing the MSRP by $495.
Can a customer order a 2021 Bronco with soft top now, and then purchase a modular hard top at a later date?
No. Bronco four-door models with soft top are not equipped with the necessary connections to support the rear windshield wiper assembly.

If a customer would like to wait for a 2022MY Bronco to ensure they receive a Black Painted Modular Hard Top or Dual Top, does their order need to be updated? All orders that currently wish to receive the Black Painted Modular Hard Top or Dual Roofs should contact your dealership to make the desired change to wait for 2022MY.
If a non-First Edition customer currently has the black painted modular hardtop or dual top roof selected, what are their options?
As the black painted modular hardtop and dual-top roof options will not be available until 2022 model year, these customers have three choices: Customers who currently have the black painted modular hardtop or dual top roof selected will have the following options (MSRP price will be adjusted accordingly) and will have until April 8 to work with their dealer to update/modify their order:
1. Order the carbonized gray molded-in-color hard top roof2. Order the black soft top roof (Excludes Bronco two-door models and WildTrak series)3. Wait for black painted modular hardtop or dual top roof option for 2022 model yearTo thank customers who have placed an order for the black painted modular roof or dual tops for their patience, Ford is offering 200,000 FordPass Rewards points ($1000 value) for any customer that takes delivery of a 2021MY Bronco
Can a customer who wants a different Bronco two- or four-door series change? What happens to their place in line?Customers can change their order up until it is scheduled. The customer's timestamp will remain with their reservation and order. We are working on a process to convert / "rollover" 2021 model year orders to 2022 model year and will have more to share on this at a later date.

GENERAL BRONCO FAQs
Why isn't the Sasquatch manual transmission available in the Build and Price? The sasquatch package will be expanding to the manual transmission-equipped Bronco models for the 2022 model year.  Build and Price will be updated at that time.
Why do certain models prohibit some accessories? There is a Bronco for every customer.  Many Bronco accessory items can be added during or after vehicle delivery at the dealership.  Ford engineered Bronco for maximum off-road capability and GVWE restrictions may limit combinations of certain accessories.
Will orders be built in the order that reservations were received?Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received, based on final ordering and production of similarly configured Broncos.  Due to the high number of Bronco two-door and four-door reservations, deliveries will extend into the 2022 calendar year.
I want to drive one.  When will the dealership have a demo available?
Dealerships will have dedicated demo units to view and drive starting in the summer of 2021.  Those vehicle will not be available for sale.

Because of the wait times on orders, should I cancel my reservation and just wait for the dealership to have one on their lot for sale?
Reservations and orders will be built before the factory will allow dealerships to order any additional vehicles for stock.  At the earliest it will most likely be late 2022 before dealerships start to see stock inventory.

Will my configuration from Build & Price be sent to my dealer?
No.  Bronco reservation holders should use the Build & Price tool to support their upcoming order consultation.  Recommend printing and saving a copy to share with your dealer during the ordering process.

What is a reservation?
A reservation lets you configure and be among the first to order a new Bronco from Ford with a refundable Reservation Deposit. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.

What steps are required to complete my reservation?
Go online and select your preferred configuration, create a Ford Account, select your preferred dealer and enter your credit/debit card details and address. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. *

What is a Ford Account and why do I need one?
A Ford Account lets you sign in to the Ford website to save and manage your personal and reservation information. You need to create a Ford Account to reserve your Bronco. Reservations can also be tracked in your Ford Account at owner.ford.com/. *

How much will it cost to reserve a Bronco?
Reservations will cost $100 for each model.

Is the $100 refundable?
Yes automatically with reservation cancellation.

Will reservations be fulfilled in the order placed?
Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received, however, actual delivery may vary based upon a number of factors including vehicle model and configuration selected, commodity constraints, residency, delivery, and final ordering and production of similarly configured Broncos.

I've heard that dealerships have more reservations than available orders.  Is that true?
Yes.  Every dealership will have more reservations and orders than they have 21MY allocation.  Because of the high demand many reservations and orders are going to push into the 22MY.

Should customers expect to place an additional deposit when they convert their reservation to an order?
Depends on the dealership.  It is likely that some dealers will request an additional deposit at the time of the order.  Specific deposit amounts will vary by dealer.

Can I select any Ford Dealer?
Only Ford Dealers that are eligible and have activated online reservations can be selected. The eligible dealers will be provided based on your ZIP code, or you can enter the name of your favorite Ford Dealer and will be matched to them.

Will you share my reservation information with my dealer?
Your reservation information will be shared with the dealer you select at the time of reservation. Please see our privacy policy at ford.com/help/privacy for additional information. *

Can I make changes to my reservation?
You will be able to make changes and complete your Bronco configuration at the time you place your order.*

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund. * You can do this in your account at ford.com. If for some reason you can't process the cancellation online, you can contact a Ford Customer Experience Representative at 800-392-3673 (Ford U.S.). After canceling, allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your original form of payment. Once you progress from a reservation to an order with a dealer, however, cancellation requests would be at that dealer's discretion.

What happens to the reservation deposit once I order?
See your dealer for full details.  The reservation deposit should be credited towards the order deposit or refunded depending on dealer process.

Am I buying this vehicle directly from Ford?
No. The purchase agreement will be between you and the dealer, not you and Ford.

Can I make additional reservations and can I transfer my reservation?
Up to two reservations per account.  Your reservation number is assigned to you, but can be transferred to a member of your household at time of order placement.

What happens if my order is not built in 21MY?
Due to the high number of Bronco two- and four-door reservations, deliveries may extend into the 2022 calendar year.  We anticipate some customers will receive a 22MY Bronco.  In this scenario, customers will work with their dealer to replace their 21MY order but will have access to any product improvements for 22MY.  Their reservation timestamp will remain with their order.

Can Customers update their dealer selection for their reservation?
Customers can reach out to Ford Customer Support for assistance should they need to change dealers prior to converting their reservation to an order.  In changing dealers, there will be no impact to a customer's reservation ID, vehicle details or the associated timestamp.
