Landmark Ford

While many dealerships have downsized or even eliminated their rental departments, Landmark Ford continues to offer a full-service Rental Department, featuring a wide variety of Ford cars, trucks, vans, and sport utility vehicles. We also offer special insurance replacement rates and can direct bill most major insurance companies.  And because we are located in Washington County, you pay no extra taxes on top of your rental charge.

Rental Policies

At the time of the vehicle rental, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement that may include any additional policies or details.

To rent a vehicle from Landmark Ford, you must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and have a valid major credit card.

Damage Waiver

We offer a collision damage waiver for $8.99 or $14.99 per day additional charge, depending on the vehicle rented.  The comprehensive and collision damage waiver covers your responsibility for damage to the vehicle in the event of an accident when used in accordance with the contract guidelines. 

Reservation Policy

Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance. Some vehicles and/or dates may require a non-refundable deposit.

Fuel Policy

All Landmark Ford rental vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel.  If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, there will be a refueling charge added to your rental bill.  Current refueling rates are posted in the rental office.

One-Way Rental Policy

One-way rentals are not available from Landmark Ford.

Insurance

Proof of full-coverage insurance is required at time of rental.
