Specifically, LINCOLN saw a sales increase of 40 percent for the month of June, 2011. It looks like we're not alone in thinking that there has never been a better time to experience the luxury, dependability, and style that you'll only find in a LINCOLN.
USA Today claims that sales of the LINCOLN MKZ sedan were up by an incredible 80 percent, while the LINCOLN MKX crossover was up 33 percent in sales. As for the LINCOLN MKS sedan and Navigator SUV... those were up too. Currently, LINCOLN commands around six percent of the luxury market, and models like the LINCOLN MKZ and LINCOLN MKX account for two-thirds of their sales.
"We are absolutely focused on making Lincoln a world-class luxury brand with compelling vehicles and an exceptional ownership experience to match," said Ford and Lincoln marketing executive Ken Czubay said.1
